The form is processed via a serverless function. The function temporarily handles your submission only to forward it to our internal Telegram and does not store it on shared databases.
6. How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for up to 12 months after our last interaction with you, after which the records are deleted unless we have entered a contractual relationship.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time, request:
- Confirmation of whether we hold any data about you.
- A copy of the data we hold.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdrawal of your consent — which stops further processing.
